Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new areas for future growth, area mapping and evaluate possibilities for business development in all segment. (new key accounts/ new sectors/ new customer).
- Monitoring market trends, competitor products information and amend pricing information, MIPPL existence in assigned territory and plan to increase sob in existing business.
- Increase in sales every month as per guidelines to achieve the business objective.
- Ensure timely submission of sales plan with accuracy to help in making the production plan and timely delivery to customer.
- 100% achievement of sales against the assigned sales targets
- New business plan –number of SDR generated and conversion of business
- Receive customer satisfaction feedback survey.
- Ensure timely and correct data submission of review to head office. (sales plan vs achievement with analysis/collection vs plan/visit report vs visit plan).
- Ensure 5 s in respective area
- Payments from customers as per agreed terms.
- Achievement of sales against the assigned sales targets.
- New business –number of new enquiries generated and conversion of business

Experience Level : 12 to 14 years of experience in Automotive Sales
