Destined to be a giant manufacturer of quality paints and allied products, we established C. DASS Chemicals Pvt Ltd in 1980. Along with a successful business, we also earned a reputation in the hearts and minds of people by serving them with quality products and services.

Designed and built by some of our exceptional people, we incorporated Maharani Paints Pvt Ltd in 1986. A powder coating division, Maharani Innovative Paints Pvt. Ltd. was added to it 6 years later. This venture eventually turned out to be one of the major automobile and industrial paint manufacturers in India. With the help of our dedicated research and development wing, customer support team, wider marketing, and sales department, we have also earned credible certifications like ISO 14001: 2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, TS 16949: 2009. Maharani Paints has 8 regional offices across the country.

C.DASS is always poised for growth. Our passion took us to make a fortune with other business sections including the 2002-established M/S Vamani Overseas Pvt Ltd for furniture and garment manufacturing. Through these ventures, we are a proud exporter of quality wood furniture, exporting to the USA and Australia out of our units functioning in Haryana and Rajasthan states of India. Likewise, we export quality designed garments too, to Europe from five manufacturing units in Faridabad, Haryana and Noida , Uttar Pradesh. The manufacturing facilities located in Faridabad (Haryana) and Pune (Maharashtra), using the State-of-Art technology for the production and quality control. The Company has grown many folds by the successful implementation of the growth plans worked out and enhance the production capacities accordingly. The Company has also gone for modernization and expanded its network across the country. The Key focus Area of the Company is CUSTOMER DELIGHT.
